1.3. Returns received outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items returned without prior authorisation

2.2. If an item is returned in an ineligible condition, it will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
